Clients often require a support package to facilitate successful goal outcomes as part of their rehabilitation towards greater independence.  Others may require 24/7 care due to the complexity of their needs, whilst many will require a well-planned combination of care and rehabilitative support.

Some clients may benefit from agency-sourced packages, for example when the amount of support needed has not yet been established or the client's needs are likely to fluctuate.  Others may benefit from having a directly recruited package.

Headsmart Rehab Ltd is not an 'agency' and instead recruits support workers specifically for the individual client.  We directly employ support staff and manage these packages for professionals and clients looking for high calibre, specialist support.

We provide this service to young and older adults with acquired brain injury, orthopaedic injuries and/or polytrauma.

Due to our location in Lincoln, we are well placed to deliver services throughout Lincolnshire and North Lincolnshire and also to bordering regions including Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and East Riding of Yorkshire as well as parts of Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire and Norfolk.
